The number of credit hours that transfer students can carry with them to their new institution can be an important factor in student momentum and degree completion. 

Studies into higher education services and outcomes for the trans* community are emerging, but accessible and meaningful data is lacking.

The membership of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) has elected  Karen Webber to serve as the organization's incoming vice president.

The adage that "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" might feel very real to high school students preparing for their path to college, particularly navigating the college admission process and financial aid applications.
