Sixteen students in graduate programs with the Institute of Higher Education received their degrees at UGA Commencement ceremonies held on Dec. 18.

Graduating from the M.Ed. program in Higher Education Administration were Kristen Drapela and Nikki Hon.

The title of his presentation is "Degree Production and Cost Efficiency: An Application of Stochastic Frontier and Spatial Analysis."

Leslie S. Gordon, who has served as associate director of assessment in UGA’s Office of Academic Planning since 2011, has been named associate director of the Executive Doctoral Program in Higher Education Management.

Jennifer Rippner (Ph.D. 2013), who recently served as an IHE postdoctoral research and teaching associate, has a new book out based on her dissertation research.

IHE alumna Laura Meadows (EdD 2013) was among nine women chosen for the inaugural class of the University of Georgia’s Women’s Leadership Fellows Program.
