Noble Jones

Noble Jones is the Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Enrollment Analytics at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. Jones had served as a postdoctoral fellow at University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government where he worked on various projects related to institutional research and student success.

His research interests include organizational perspectives of the decision-making processes at private liberal arts colleges and universities, curricular adaption within the liberal arts, and the experience of student-athletes within selective institutions at the NCAA Division III level.

Noble Jones earned his Bachelor of Art in English Literature from Kenyon College and embarked on a career path that took him through corporate and small-business finance before returning to his alma mater, where he worked for seven years in the Office of Admissions. As associate director, Jones actively recruited the West Coast of the United States and Canada while managing components of the recruitment process including admissions marketing, merit scholarships, and athletics.
