EdD, 2018 Constance A. Mack-Andrews is the associate vice president for talent & international program services at Morehouse School of Medicine. In this role, she holds a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which is evidenced by an 18% increase in leadership diversity. Her team has effectively reduced turnover by 12% and recruitment time by 20%, enhancing the institution's talent management framework. Previously, she served as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, where she served as a deputy brigade commander for the Total Army School System, responsible for training Army Reserves, National Guard and Regular Army soldiers across the United States.
