Below are the alumnae that we are aware of who are currently teaching in higher education classrooms across the United States. Karley Riffe, PhD 2018 Karley Riffe is an assistant professor in higher education at the University of Cincinnati. She researches changes to the academic profession in the US. Kelly Rosinger, PhD 2015 Kelly Rosinger is an assistant professor in the Department of Education Policy Studies at Penn State University and an affiliate with Nudge4 at the University of Virginia. Claire Major, PhD 1998 Claire Howell Major is a Professor of Higher Education and Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Technology Studies at the University of Alabama. She teaches masters and doctoral level courses in the Higher Education Administration program. Denisa Gándara, PhD 2016 Denisa Gándara is assistant professor of higher education at the University of Texas at Austin. She was recently appointed to the National Board for Education Sciences by President Biden. Holly Hawk, PhD 2020 Holly Hawk recently transitioned from her faculty spot at Terry College of Business to a clinical assistant professor in the School of Accountancy at Clemson University. Hawk recently received the CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 Award. Wendy Hoffman, EdD 2011 Wendy Hoffman is an assistant professor of management and marketing in the College of Business at Manchester University, North Manchester, IN. She serves on the Academic Policy, Accreditation, and Faculty Governance Committees. Joy L. Blanchard, PhD 2008 Joy Blanchard is Associate Professor of Higher Education at Louisiana State University. Blanchard also serves on the editorial board of several scholarly journals, including Journal of Student Affairs Research and Practice. Hee Jung Gong, PhD 2021 Hee Jung Gong recently accepted a tenure-track assistant professor position in the department of educational leadership, policy and technology studies at the University of Alabama. Melissa Whatley, PhD 2019 Melissa Whatley is an assistant professor of international and global education at the School for International Training's Graduate Institute where her instructional portfolio will focus on using quantitative research methods to improve accessibility and inclusivity with diverse students. Mumbi Anderson, EdD 2017 Mumbi Anderson currently serves as the graduate education director at the University of Georgia College of Public Health. She is responsible for student admissions and retention, recruitment, and program development. In addition, Anderson serves on the college accreditation committee, and is the liaison with the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). Jennifer Rippner, PhD 2013 Jennifer Rippner is a visiting lecturer at the Indiana University School of Education. She joined the University System of Georgia team in 2015 as executive director of education policy and partnership and coordinator of the Georgia Alliance of Education Agency Heads (AEAH) and served USG in various capacities until 2018. Jennifer Osbon, EdD 2019 Jennifer Osbon leads the digital marketing area of emphasis in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She is the faculty sponsor for the UGA collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association and teaches Social Media Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing Analytics to both undergraduates and MBA students. Vicki Black, PhD 2013 Vicki Black is a clinical associate professor at the College of Nursing within Mercer University. Black is also a member of several professor organizations and sits on advisory boards. Tiffanie Spencer, PhD 2017 Tiffanie Spencer is an affiliated faculty instructor in the University of Vermont's Higher Education & Student Affairs master's program.
