Image: by Jewel Caruso Dominique Quarles (PhD 2019) has been named the associate vice president for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and inclusive excellence at Georgia Southern University. This change reflects Georgia Southern's pursuit of institutional excellence "grounded in evidence-based leadership principles and a culture of high performances." Quarles will now work in tandem with various leadership, Human Resources, and their Center for Teaching Excellence to assess, coordinate, and implement new programs that will improve performance and their organizational effectiveness across campus.
