Ginger Fay named Vice President of Enrollment Management at Oglethorpe University

Ginger Fay Named VP of Enrollment Management at Oglethorpe University

Ginger Fay, current Ed.D. student, was recently named Vice President of Enrollment Management at Oglethorpe University, effective June 1, 2025. Reporting directly to the president, Fay will join the Senior Administrative Leadership Team (SALT) and will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll a diverse and talented student body for Oglethorpe’s undergraduate and MBA programs. 

With over 25 years of experience in the field of college admissions and counseling, Fay brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in liberal studies from Duke University, where she also served in the admissions office for five years, including two years as the transfer admissions coordinator. Her career includes faculty positions at several independent schools, including associate director of college counseling at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and director of alumni relations at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC. Fay has also served as an interim upper school counselor at Atlanta International School, founding director of college counseling at The New School in Atlanta, and global director of partnerships at Applerouth Education.
