Webber as Keynote Speaker for 2022 TENNAIR Conference

Karen Webber, professor emerita and president of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR), was a keynote speaker at the Tennessee Association for Institutional Research (TENNAIR). 

The 35th Annual TENNAIR Conference held in Nashville, that ran from August 3 to August 5, was themed around Strengthening Data Ethics in IR. The major purposes of TENNAIR are to foster cooperation among professionals in institutional research in Tennessee, disseminate information and ideas, and support the professional development of individuals engaged in institutional research. TENNAIR is affiliated with the AIR on the national level. 

Webber's keynote address acknowledged the challenges and debates surrounding IR but maintained a positive outlook, Facing Forward in IR: Opportunity Awaits. Webber also led an interaction session on the year's progress and goals at the Association for Institutional Research.
