Image: Daniel Thompson (EdD 2015) was promoted in May to senior education research analyst in the Federal Student Aid office at the U.S. Department of Education. In this role, he monitors institutional management of Federal Student Aid Title IV funds, performs program reviews, and educates institutions on compliance with federal policies. He also serves on the board for the Charles Hamilton Houston Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to empower and support black boys to improve academic & professional outcomes.
