Matt Dean

Doctoral Student

Matt Dean earned his BA degree in political science with a minor in German from Clemson University. Additionally, he received his master's in higher education administration from Louisiana State University. His research interests include globalization, internationalization and privatization within higher education.  

During his master’s degree studies, he worked as a conduct hearing officer within LSU’s Office of Student Advocacy & Accountability.  Prior to that, he worked as a data analyst and German translator in the automotive sector. He currently serves as a graduate assistant for the Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities.
