EdD, 2011 Jeff Delaney is the Chief Information Officer at the University of Memphis. Delaney earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from Georgia College & State University. He served as the vice president for IT and chief information officer at Kennesaw State University where he was responsible for the strategic vision of the University Information Technology Services division, forecasting and analyzing institutional needs and appropriate IT resource allocations and alignment. Prior to joining KSU, Delaney served as the associate vice chancellor for Information Technology Services with the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and as Savannah State University’s chief information officer.
