Her work includes supervising personnel, evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of Education requirements, and cultivating partnerships with university leadership, community organizations, and government agencies to expand access to postsecondary education. Ms. Artis holds a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
