PhD, 2025 Ricky Kirby is a doctoral candidate at the Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education. He currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer for Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, where he oversees matters pertaining to brotherhood, experience, operations, recruitment, chapter services, alumni and volunteer roles, and more. Before joining the ZBT staff, he worked at several universities in leadership roles within areas such as student affairs, residence life and Fraternity and Sorority Life. Dr. Kirby is a proud graduate of the University of Memphis, where he earned his bachelor's degree. There, he served as the Chapter President of Gamma Mu in 2013 and 2015, as well as Student Government Association President. Dr. Kirby also holds a masters degree and Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia.
