Doctoral Student Regan received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Alabama and their Master of Science in Educational Policy and Leadership at the University of Oregon. During their master's degree program, they worked full-time as a community director and participated in the Policy Advisory Council for the University of Oregon. This summer, they were at an internship in Boston, working at Berklee College of Music and Conservatory. Regan is interested in the intersection of healthcare provision and utilization and higher education. In addition, they are interested in policy application and higher education faculty and staff retention. Meanwhile, in their free time, they are gaming or at the gym.
