PhD, 2019 Adrian Klemme currently works at Southward Company as a Director of Talent Development. Adrian Klemme earned both his Bachelor of Science in international development and his Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. He spent seven years working for international human service agencies in both refugee resettlement and international adoptions. Adrian came to the IHE having spent the past seven years as a student affairs professional in the Department of Student Leadership at BYU. He was responsible for student clubs and organizations, the student senate, learning outcomes and assessment, and leadership training classes and seminars.
