Image: The summer has been extremely productive for Ben Cecil. His new book chapter in Shifting the Mindset hit shelves, and he moved to Washington, D.C. and started a new position at the American Council on Education (ACE). The chapter, co-written with Pei Hu, is titled: "Redefining Engagement: Including International Students in Socially Just Leadership Education." In August 2021, Ben Cecil began a new role as a graduate research associate with the ACE. Ben had served as assistant director of the Office of International Student Life at UGA. He said, "It has truly been an honor to serve my undergraduate alma mater and contribute to the student experience at UGA, working to create a more internationalized campus experience for everyone." He remains involved on the leadership board of the International Association of Student Affairs and Services (IASAS).
