PhD, 2023 Rob Clark took a new position as the Senior Director for Finance and Administration at the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) in April 2022, leaving his post as Director of Operations, Maintenance, and Projects at UGA’s Facilities Management Division where he had served the previous 5 years. Reporting directly to the Dean of CVM, Rob leads four departments including the Business Office, Human Resources, Facilities Management, and Information Technology. Clark is a retired U.S. Navy officer who spent a combined total of 20 years as a submarine officer and civil engineer corps officer, among other duties including overseas assignments and deployments. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina.
