EdD, 1990 Wesley K. Wicker is Principal & Partner of Columns Fundraising, a full service consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Columns services include: Strategic Planning, Board Coaching, Staff Development, Feasbility Studies and Campaign Services. He has more than 30 years experience as a senior fund raising officer and nonprofit leader. Wesley formerly served as vice president of university advancement and executive director of the KSU Foundation during his ten-year tenure. He previously served as vice president of major gifts for United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, leading the largest Tocqueville Society and major gift campaign in the country. Wesley began his development career at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus as director of alumni affairs. He later became director of Funds for Leadership and Education, Inc., a private foundation affiliated with his national fraternity, headquartered in Indianapolis. He also worked as a senior director for the United Way of Central Indiana, prior to returning to his home state of Georgia. He has served as president of the Theta Chi National Fraternity Foundation, as well as several other offices with his national fraternity. Education Education: Wesley earned a B.A. from the University of Alabama, an M.Ed from Georgia Southwestern, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia.
