I advise because I believe that all students deserve the support and resources necessary to achieve their dreams. Navigating the process of applying to and financing college was extremely difficult for me, and with a mentor guiding me through that process, I would have faced many less obstacles. Despite persevering and finally graduating from college, I know first-hand how complex and strenuous the entire process can be. I want to be the mentor that I once needed for someone else, so I advise because I want to be a resource of support for all students regardless of their post-secondary plans.
