PhD, 2008 Dr. M. James Kahiga graduated from IHE in 2008 with his Ph.D. The following year he was appointed as the department chair for Online Business and Kinesiology in at Georgia Perimeter College in 2009. When GPC consolidated with Georgia State University in 2016, and became Perimeter College-Georgia State University, Dr. Kahiga was appointed collegewide chair of Business, Kinesiology, Health, Sign Language Interpreter Training, and Dental Hygiene.
