Master's Student Lee Kelly is an experienced higher education leader with over 15 years of progressive leadership in admissions and enrollment management. Currently serving as a Director of Admissions, Lee leads high-performing teams and advances data-informed, student-centered recruitment strategies that support access and persistence. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University Global and is pursuing a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration through the Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education to deepen expertise in educational leadership, policy, and organizational effectiveness.
