Doctoral Student Kaye-Ann Sadler is a higher education leader with near ten years of experience in university administration, operations, and program development. She currently serves as Sr. Director for AI.Humanity Initiative Program Development in the Office of the Provost at Emory University. In this role, she leads interdisciplinary initiatives focused on the responsible integration of artificial intelligence across teaching, research, and institutional strategy.Prior to this role, Kaye held multiple leadership positions at Emory University, including senior director of operations, administration, and registration in the School of Nursing, as well as senior administrative manager and office manager roles. Across these positions, she supported faculty, students, and executive leadership through organizational growth, process improvement, and large-scale program implementation, managing complex operations and multi-million-dollar budgets.Kaye earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia State University and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations from the University of Georgia. As a doctoral student, her academic interests focus on leading digital transformation in higher education, with particular attention to institutional change, innovation, and equity.
