Doctoral Student

Dori Pap is a part-time doctoral student at the Institute of Higher Education. In her full-time role, she serves as the Managing Director of the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact (ILSI) at Georgia Tech. She heads several programs in the ILSI, including the Leadership for Social Good Study Abroad Program, the Impact Speaker Series, and the Ideas to Serve social innovation competition. Dori teaches courses on social entrepreneurship and systems-level mapping of social issues.

Dori serves as board chair for Global Growers Network, a nonprofit organization that connects the agricultural talent of the refugee community in and around Atlanta to opportunities in sustainable agriculture. She is also board member for the Center for Civic Innovation, a community of good troublemakers fighting to solve inequality in Atlanta by supporting the work of community leaders and advocating for policy change. Dori also serves on the board of the Georgia Social Impact Collaborative, an organization building Georgia’s impact investment ecosystem.

Dori earned her master’s in international affairs and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
