Doctoral Student Anna Wrigley Miller is a public service assistant at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia. In her role, Miller assists state agencies and local governments with data analytics and performance management projects and strategic planning. She also leads the Georgia Data Innovation Hub, an initiative of the Institute of Government to convene, train, and provide insights to raise the capabilities of government employees doing data analytics, data visualization, and predictive analytics. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, she worked for the Georgia Lottery and the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget. In her role at the Office of Planning and Budget, Miller was the division director over two divisions: planning, research, evaluation, and communications devisions, and the General Government Division. She was the chair of the Georgia Occupational Regulation Review Council, co-chair of the 2020 Census Complete Count Committee, and State Liaison to the US Census Bureau. She was responsible for agency strategic plans, performances measures, oversight of the state bond portfolio and fiscal notes. Miller is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Master of Public Administration from the Andrew Young School of Public Policy and a graduate from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of ARts from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
