Adrianna Gonzalez

Adrianna Gonzalez earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.  Prior to her work at IHE, her professional experience included various roles in student affairs at institutions in Texas and Florida. Most recently, she comes from San Diego State University where she worked with transfer students in the Prospective Student Center.

Her research interests focus on recruitment and retention policies for under-represented populations, transfer pipeline initiatives, institutional structures regarding student financial wellness and literacy, and financial aid issues related to accessing higher education.

While at IHE, she served as a graduate assistant for learning and development at the UGA Office of Institutional Diversity.
