Theresa Wright is public service associate for governmental services and research at the Carl Vinson Institute for Government. She directs the Institute's survey research and evaluation unit, which provides objective and systematic evaluation of government and agency programs on an individual, interdepartmental, and system-wide scale. Dr. Wright has more than 15 years of experience providing consulting, technical assistance, research, and evaluation services to higher education and healthcare communities. Before joining the Institute, she managed her own consulting firm, providing research and evaluation services to state and federal agencies. Among her clients were the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health’s Division of Addictive Diseases and the Academy for Academic Leaders. Dr. Wright also designed and developed the research component of the Federal Higher Education Regulations Study.
