Jeff Delaney earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from Georgia College & State University. Jeff has served in the University System of Georgia for over 15 years at four of its member institutions and now at the University System Office. Currently, Jeff is serving as the interim chief information officer at the Board of Regents office in Athens. He previously served as deputy CIO. His research interest includes the use of social media in higher education. He is a member of the first cohort of the Executive Ed.D. in Higher Education Management who graduated in December 2011.
