Jacqueline H. Parrill currently holds the position of Vice President for Institutional Planning & Human Resources Development for Central Ohio Technical College and Director of Human Resources, Campus Relations, and Planning Support at The Ohio State University at Newark. She serves as a cabinet member for both institutions as well as overseeing the offices of human resources, marketing and public relations, and institutional planning. Mrs. Parrill also serves as chief negotiator for management in COTC faculty negotiations. Historically, Mrs. Parrill has also held human resources roles for The Ohio State University, Edison Community College in Florida, Lee County Government in Florida, and the state of Alabama.
Mrs. Parrill has earned an MBA and BS from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Institute of Executive Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Parrill also served as a member in SHRM’s 2010 HR Executive Delegation to China with People to People. She currently serves as an AQIP Reviewer with the Higher Learning Commission, a member of the Business Community Task Force for the Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence, a member of the Licking County Foundation Scholarship Review Committee, a member of the Executive Board of the ACE Ohio Women in Higher Education, a member of the OACC Human Resources Council, and a member of the COTC and Ohio State Newark Diversity Committee.
