Constance A. Mack-Andrews is the manager of talent and international program services at Morehouse School of Medicine. She is also a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves where she currently serves as a deputy brigade commander for the Total Army School System, responsible for training Army Reserves, National Guard and Regular Army soldiers across the United States.
Prior to joining Morehouse School of Medicine, she worked for International Business Machines in university recruiting and MBA recruiting. Having over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, she has held various roles in HR with Emory University, Emory University Hospital and the BellSouth Corporation.
She received a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of South Carolina, and a master of public administration from Clark Atlanta University.
