Ashley Jordan

Ashley Jordan earned a M.Ed. in Higher Education from the Institute of Higher Education. While at IHE, she worked as a graduate assistant for UGA’s Center for Teaching and Learning. She collaborated with the Coordinator of Assessment and Faculty Services to support faculty in performing student learning outcomes assessment within their academic programs. She is a Foreign Language and Area Studies scholarship recipient for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Portuguese from the University of Georgia in 2012. She was a FIPSE (Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education) grant recipient in 2011 and collaborated on an international research project involving open educational resources at the University of Campinas in Brazil. Before joining the Institute of Higher Education, Ashley taught English in Vigo, Spain. Her research interests incorporate international education, philosophy, and gender studies.
