Shellby Branch is a doctoral graduate of the Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education. Her dissertation considers how adverse childhood experiences impact low-income college students’ lived experience. Currently, she is the National Research and Curriculum intern for the Campus Vote Project and the Chair of the Athens-Clarke County Democrat Committee. She received her Master’s of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.
