Graziella Covello Khattar serves as senior associate for finance policy at the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia. Her research interests are focused on access and choice to higher education for folks who are currently and/or formerly incarcerated.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary. She then went on to pursue her master’s degree in higher education from The University of Pennsylvania. Prior to pursuing her PhD from the McBee IHE, her professional experience was in Washington, D.C. at American University.
