Jillian Morn is a doctoral student at the Institute of Higher Education. She currently serves as the director for Institutional Research and Decision Support for Emory University's School of Law. Jillian earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science and French from Agnes Scott College and her Master of Science in public policy from Georgia Tech. As a graduate student, Jillian served as a research assistant for Georgia Tech’s Center for the Study of Women, Science and Technology. Her research interests lie at the intersection of gender, policy, and higher education, with a focus on the impact of family formation on graduate student persistence and attrition in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields.
