Jacqueline H. Parrill, Ed.D. currently holds the position of Vice President for Institutional Planning & Human Resources for Central Ohio Technical College and Director of Institutional Planning & Human Resources at The Ohio State University at Newark. She serves as a cabinet member for both institutions and serves as chief negotiator for management in COTC faculty negotiations. Historically, Dr. Parrill held human resources roles for The Ohio State University, Edison Community College in Florida, Lee County Government in Florida, and the state of Alabama.

Dr. Parrill holds a doctoral degree in Higher Education Management through the Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia and a MBA and BS from Auburn University.  Additionally, she is a graduate of the Institute of Executive Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is an alumna of the HERS Denver 2014 Leadership Institute.  She is certified through the Society for College & University Planning (SCUP) Institute as an institutional planner. Dr. Parrill served as a member in SHRM's 2010 HR Executive Delegation to China with People to People. She currently serves as peer reviewer with the Higher Learning Commission, as the Institutional Representative to the ACE Women's Network-Ohio, as member of the OACC Human Resources Council, and as a member of the Licking Memorial Hospital Board of Directors.
