Kallan Williams

Kallan Williams is the Assistant Executive Director at the Council on Occupational Education. 

Prior to his current role, Kallan worked as the director of admissions at North Georgia Technical College (NGTC). In this position, he guided and implemented NGTC’s admissions practices and dual enrollment initiatives. In addition to these functions, he served on several committees spanning from curriculum to financial aid appeals.

Additionally, Williams’s professional experiences include serving as registrar, overseeing student success initiatives, academic advisement, and campus life.

He has worked at public 2-year, 4-year, and small private institutions. Community involvement is also important to Williams. He is a member of Leadership Habersham’s class of 2018-2019, on the board of directors with Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Georgia, and received the W. Lee Arrendale Award for Vocational Excellence from the Clarkesville Rotary Club in 2019.

Williams has a Bachelor of Arts in music from Piedmont College, a Master of Music in music theory from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Education in higher education from the Pennsylvania State University.
