Maurice Shirley will share an overview of his previous work pertaining to the influence of students employment on college completion. Additionally, he will highlight national trends in student employment for undergraduate students and the possibility of constructing a pipeline analysis of the effects student employment has on college access, completion, and labor market returns for traditionally underrepresented and underserved student populations.
