EdD, 2013 Ryan W. Foley earned his bachelor of business administration degree and master of business administration degree from Georgia Southern University. During the last 12 years, his work has been in the field of technical education. His career path started as a human resources coordinator then he moved into the director for Enrollment Services function. Foley currently serves as the vice president for student affairs at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia. His primary duties are to lead and manage the Student Affairs Division consisting of Admissions, Assessment Services, Campus Safety and Security, Career Services, Counseling and Retention Services, Disability and Student Support Services, Financial Aid, High School Initiatives, Recruitment, and the Registrar’s Office. Additionally, he is an active member of Rotary International and on the Board of Directors for the Bulloch Chapter of the American Red Cross.
