Jennifer May-Trifiletti earned her Bachelor of Arts in secondary education and history and her Master of Arts in higher education, both from Boston College. She also has a certificate in institutional research from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to beginning her doctoral work at the Institute of Higher Education, she worked in institutional research, first at Massasoit Community College and later at Tufts University. Jennifer is a UGA Presidential Graduate Fellow and works as a graduate research assistant to Dr. Toutkoushian. Her research interests are in persistence, degree/certificate completion, transfer from two- to four-year colleges, and other successful outcomes, especially for traditionally underrepresented students.
