Ginger Durham will assume the role of assistant vice chancellor for faculty development at the Board of Regents, University System of Georgia on August 1, 2015. She is currently director of faculty development and a certified LMS trainer specializing in faculty development, educational technology, e-learning and instructional design. She is responsible for the development of workshops and faculty development resources for Georgia’s 35 public higher education institutions. She draws on more than a decade of experience in online teaching, course development and instructional design to provide USG institutions with faculty development opportunities.
Durham will receive her doctorate in higher education management from IHE in May 2015. In addition, she holds a master's in education from the University of Georgia and a bachelor's in public relations from Auburn University.
